Where in Phuket can a ship owner properly dispose of oily bilge water? For example, I have a client who called me and wanted to know where he could dispose of about 700 liters of water that was mistakenly put into his diesel fuel tank when the fuel tank contained only a few liters of diesel fuel.
We are concerned that if a contractor is hired to pump it out, they will go to an isolated location and just dump it. So is there any place someone can properly dispose of oily or fuel-contaminated water on Phuket? Or are there any companies that have an oil-water separator that can accept this for a fee?

“We have a biodiesel oil-disposal machine at our incinerator area that can be used for this purpose. We heat used diesel oily or fuel-contaminated water at 60บC to make the water evaporate, leaving the oil, which can be used as fuel for the incinerator.
