PHUKET: The 'Global Battle Of Bands' (GBOB) is coming to Thailand! In its 9th year with 40 countries participating, it is the largest such competition in the world. Bands must perform original songs. Thailand will have regionals in Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai and Bangkok. National finals will be in Bangkok in June, and world finals also to be held in Bangkok in December.

Valuable prizes are given to national winners and the world winner receives a package worth US$100,000 and a world tour contract. Amazing opportunity for young bands.
