Business Buzz: Earn extra income with affiliate marketing

PHUKET: Affiliate Marketing is where people earn commissions by marketing and promoting other people’s products.

This has become very popular in the online world, as people who have the expertise at creating products often do not possess the desire or the marketing skills or, often, the budget required to market them properly.

Depending on the platform or organization, the commission may range from a small percentage to, in some cases, 100 per cent.

So this can be quite a lucrative business and something that people can do full time for real income, or just part time to keep idle minds engaged and earn a few extra dollars.

The most well-known company that engages affiliates is Amazon, and in Thailand the equivalent is Lazada. There are a number of companies that specialize in connecting sellers with marketers, and one of the better ones is Clickbank.

Some people I know earn hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, but the average person can easily make an extra US$1,000-2,000 a month while working part time.

The great thing about affiliate marketing is that anyone can do it. It is very easy to get started.
There will be an Affiliate Marketing course held this month. If you would like to learn more, go to https://bit.ly/AffiliatePhuket.
