Property: Choose unique, not common

PHUKET: The clothes we wear, the cars we drive, even the food we eat are all, to a certain extent, a way in which we express ourselves. So are the houses we live in. Make it your own, says the developer of Andaburee Phuket, a new custom-built pool villa project.

Unique and custom-made are the opposite of common and mass-produced. Andaburee Phuket comprises eight units only, available on plots of three different sizes: 130 square wah, 260 square wah and 380 square wah, priced at 18, 36 and 54 million baht, respectively. The building space ranges from 250 to 750sqm.

All villas are designed in a contemporary Balinese style and complemented by the project’s natural surroundings. This, however, is where the similarities to a typical villa project end.

“Each villa’s layout can be individually adjusted to suit the customer’s requirements, as well as their budget,” says Maneewan Tanondechakit, Andaburee’s managing director. “For example, if they want to have more bedrooms, more bathrooms or make individual rooms bigger, they can.”

“We will provide an interior designer and a contractor for the customer. This is what makes this project unique.”

Ms Maneewan believes that many customers look for something more personal and the option to customize their new house meets this need.

“Each customer has different preferences and we would like to give each of them the exact thing they crave,” she explains, adding that this concept has already attracted two buyers.

However, there is more to Andaburee than the customizable villas. Take the location, for example. Set in the vicinity of Mission Hills Golf Course, each unit will offer a sea view, a view of the golf course and a mountain backdrop. What’s more, the villas will be located only a 10-minute drive from Nai Yang Beach and shopping destinations such as Tesco Lotus and Makro.

The will villas also come fully-furnished and equipped with theaters, WiFi and individual pools, and a dedicated security system.

Construction on the 330mn-baht project, which will include an entrance road to the project, has already begun. The first unit will be completed in 2016, with the rest of the project expected to be wrapped up in three years.
