The Pavilions Phuket, the luxurious all-suite, all-villa resort overlooking the island’s spectacular sunset coast, is hosting the first in a series of inspired ‘Night Brunch’ dining events on December 22 at the resort’s sophisticated poolside restaurant and bar, Firefly.
Lifting gourmet grazing to a whole new level of fun and indulgence, the themed Night Brunch buffet will feature a limitless array of premium culinary creations, all specially prepared by The Pavilions acclaimed and inspired executive chef, Belinda Tuckwell, aka Chef Bel.
The superb signature dishes on offer include shucked oysters, Australian ribeye, whole salmon tarator, and roasted duck with fig and anise, followed by delectable desserts such as sexy and sweet soft serve, chocolate indulgence, and an array of imported cheeses. The culinary attractions are further enhanced by a tempting choice of top drawer wines, spirits and cocktails, available to order for those who wish to extend their evening pleasure.

Throughout the feast a live band will play a soundtrack of soulful tunes with celebrity guest vocalist Eka, former member of girl group “Jai” which topped the Canadian charts.
“Soul Train is the theme for the first Night Brunch, and we will offer a different theme every month throughout the high season to guarantee guests and visitors a unique combination of fabulous tastes and great music,” said Jean-Philippe Jacopin, General Manager, The Pavilions Phuket.
The Night Brunch takes place on Friday, December 22 at 8pm, Firefly at The Pavilions Phuket. The price is 4,000 baht per person.
