Andara’s new project bags 4 awards
PHUKET: Further entrenching the Andara brand on the island is the sweeping of four awards for the developer’s latest entry in Kamala, Andara Signature Resorts and Villas, at the Thailand Property Awards 2015 last week.
Building up on the huge success of the 26 Andara Villas and 37 Andara Residences, the new phase was named Best Villa Development (Phuket); Best Villa Development (Thailand); Best Residential Architectural Design; and Best Landscape Architectural Design at the real estate event organized by Ensign Media.
There were winners and highly commended projects for a total of 29 categories over three sections: developer, development, and design. The top winners in Thailand will move on to compete with their ASEAN peers in the grand finale, the South East Asia Property Awards 2015, which will take place at The Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore on October 21.
“I am truly honored that the design of Andara Signature Resort and Villas is appreciated by the real estate industry and it is the first major recognition that the project has received since the first phase of the development was completed this year,” said Dr Allan Zeman, chairman of the Lan Kwai Fong Group, under whose fold is developer Andamandara Development.
“I came up with the idea of bringing a high-end resort experience to Phuket after building my own dream holiday home here. I love the people, nature and culture here. I believe that Andara will continue to set trends and bring a relaxing lifestyle to travellers all over the world,” said Natthakanya Saengpho, CEO of Paradise Group, whose design team created the award-winning motif.
“Andara Signature Resort and Villas has been launched to meet the ever-increasing demand from clients looking to invest in high-end resort-managed property on the island of Phuket.”
