Silkair joins Shopper Card program

PHUKET TOWN: Samuel Lim, Silkair’s manager for Phuket, announced this afternoon that his airline will grant a five percent discount to local Phuket residents who are bona fide holders of the Gazette Shopper Card. The discount will apply to flights originating in Phuket only, and tickets must be purchased at the Silkair office in Phuket Town. The Shopper Card must be shown at the time of purchase. The discount applies to both business and economy class travel, and members of the Kris Flyer, Silkair and Singapore Airlines frequent flyer programs will enjoy mileage accrual just as though they had purchased their tickets at full fare.
