Phuket’s ACE condo holds all the cards

PHUKET: ACE condominium, a nine storey building planned on Pang-meangsai Kor Road in Patong, on Phuket’s west coast, aims to attract people seeking an independent, fast-paced and fun, urban lifestyle.

Deputy Managing Director of Patong Centre Co Ltd, Ms Alisa Likitittiruks, stated that the company expects to sell as much as 80-90 per cent of the project’s units this coming high season. This shouldn’t be too difficult considering that about 40 per cent of the units were reserved during a one-month pre-sale period, which ended on September 30.

With a projected completion date of April 2015, the condominium will offer fashionable rooms in many sizes and styles – starting at just 1.8 million baht; the project’s key selling point is its central location in Patong, on a road with high potential for becoming an important local business center; surrounded by a wide array of entertainment and shopping venues, the residence will be only a 10-minute drive to the beach.

Ms Alisa said: “ACE condominium is the first of our condo projects to be located in the center of Patong, in front of Patong hospital. We offer a great entry level price, which is almost impossible to find in the same area.”
