Sansiri Plc’s ‘The Deck’ said to be selling hot

PHUKET: Mega property developer Sansiri Plc’s latest project in Phuket, The Deck, is now 100 per cent complete, with only 30 per cent of the units still available for purchase.

Of the 270 units in two seven-storey buildings, 60 per cent were sold by July, with 35 per cent taken by Thais and the remainder going to foreigners, including many from Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe. More than 95 per cent of the sales were made to investors, confirmed Sansiri.

High rental demand in Patong, Phuket’s primary party town, has driven the sales, along with the development’s ‘Rental for the Holidays’ program, which has a seven per cent guaranteed rental return for five years.

The Deck, with a development value of 1.4 billion baht, was designed to meet the needs of niche buyers looking for investment and rental potential in a resort condominium in a prime location. As an enhancementto this, Sansiri built wider units with large balconies that offer good views.
